7 FIFA kokartlı hakemden biri olan Halis Özkahya UEFA’nın zorunlu kıldığı YO-YO testinden geçemedi. Özkahya bu nedenle ikinci teste kadar yurt dışında ve Türkiye’de hiçbir maç alamayacak.
